Spending on battle potions aside, it definitely seems like those people who have Pegasus from Aphrodite's banquet have the overwhelming upper hand in this event.

I've made it a rule of thumb to completely ignore any encounters with bosses that have the row-attack skill, since it's a waste of AP to defeat them. If I battle one and it ends up having the row-attack skill I'll usually abandon it and wait for its duration to expire.

I take it you're rather high in the ranks? I'm up there and the highest level Amymon I've fought is 226 with 1359000 health and granting 19272 points. During the entire event so far I've only gotten two SRs from bosses, and they were both Garudas from Diabolos (Amymon must hate me).

Finally... Got my first SR.. an Apollon...

Met first Amymon as well.. Level 44, 267000 HP giving 6165 points..

Points from Diabolos fights add up, but overall I'd say Amymon gives more points for the AP invested, assuming she doesn't have Demolition (one-hit KO most cards if Amymon is higher level) or Heavenly Dragon Strike (one-hit KO your entire front row at higher Amymon levels). If I run into Amymon and she has either of those skills I'll usually just wait her out and let her vanish.

I've yet to run into Elmy as a boss, assuming she is one.

I don't think she is. I actually wholly avoid Amymon, I don't have a powerful enough deck to even make a dent in her. I've also decided I couldn't care less about this event.

There are some cards that, when included in your battle deck, give 2x damage to bosses, which seems to be indicated just above the "Battle with boss" button when you encounter one (Special Card(s) Activated - 2x Damage to the Boss!!). There is no indication on which cards exactly give the bonus, so you may actually have to just put various cards in your deck and look when you encounter a boss (I have Pegasus, and given her skill I assume she is one such card).

Also, later on you run into Amymon as a rare boss, and she has much more health and damage than Diabolos, so you may end up having to use more than one AP per fight (even with Pegasus, I ran into level 90 Amymon and she had over 500k health and used a front row attack that almost beat all of my front row cards).

Thanks for the advice, Mike! That's interesting to see, I'll have to switch around a bit and see if any cards in particular offer such a bonus too.  :)

btw, while I was battling Diabolos @ Lvl39, (from that point) I noticed she started SPAMMING "Demon Blade", which does the same thing as Amy's attack that you described above - a single front-row attack that basically ate 1/3 to 1/2 HP of my Melee team (Chaos, Samuel and Halberd). OUCH!

I also just realized that Diabolos is a frickin' Ranged foe, so I had to drop a few of my SRs in my team (who had skills that only affect Melee or Flyers)!  I'm gonna try adding Lvl 19 Barbados and Lvl 8 Cthugha to swap out Apollon and Melkisedec... whom I've loaded with anti-air skills  :P

It seems each boss has a single skill. Some I've noticed are: 1) Imperial Wrath, which is a self buff and the effects of which I am unaware (Lamia has this skill but I don't own her and the info is unavailable on the wiki), 2) Demon Blade, as mentioned above a front row attack that does a load of damage at higher boss levels (Amdukias has this skill), 3) ______ Embrace (forgot the first word) a single target paralyze, and 4) Demolition, Diabolos' (and Ra's) card skill which seems to be similar to Critical but with a chance to one-hit KO. There may be others that I've forgotten. Bosses attack multiple times per turn (upwards of 5+), so they often use active skills such as Demon Blade or Demolition mulitple times per turn; I've had 2 or 3 cards paralyzed at the same time due to this by bosses with the paralyze skill.

I've already contacted Nexon to get a skill description for Imperial Wrath (and a few others).

Imperial Wrath is a escaled version of life and death so far as i've know... Imperial Embrace is a longer duration Paralisys, Demolition does not KO, but it deals Massive DMG to 1 target.

John and other ppl i have added :D! Send me Heaven Divine Strike amymons!!!! I need a lot :)
